Yes! Primitive camping is available on the farm for festival attendees. You must purchase a Festival Ticket + Camping ticket. You can find FAQs about camping specifically under the Camping FAQ section.

Yes! We’ve secured a special group rate of $119/night at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dayton-Huber Heights, just 10-15 min from the farm. Call (937) 235-2000 and mention the group code Bluegrass Festival to book.

We are pre-selling festival T-shirts until July 1 for $10! (A $25 value) These limited edition shirts will not be for sale at the festival.

We will have Walnut Hills Farm and Bluegrass Festival shirts and hats for sale, along with koozies and stickers. Please see us at our vendor table!

Gates open at 9:00 AM on Friday and Saturday with music starting at 1:00 PM. Come early to set up your chairs and get a prime spot!

Dogs are not allowed inside the venue, but they are permitted on the farm with a leash.

Our venue is a beautiful, fenced-in 2-acre field. Please bring your favorite camping chairs!

Food at the Festival Several food trucks will be on site offering a variety of delicious meals and snacks throughout the event. Outside food and beverages are welcome and permitted. Feel free to bring picnic lunches, snacks for the kids, or your own cooler. Alcohol at the Festival We allow responsible BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage) at Walnut Hills Farm Bluegrass Festival, but alcohol is not sold on site. In keeping with our family-friendly environment, please enjoy it discreetly — keep bottles, cans, and coolers out of sight and use good judgment. Thank you for helping us maintain a welcoming space for families, kids, and bluegrass fans of all ages! Please dispose of all trash in the provided receptacles to help keep our farm clean.

The venue is naturally contoured downhill towards the stage. Shade pop-up tents are permitted in the back of the venue along the fence only.

We will have two 40×60 tents available for shade and rain coverage if needed. In the event of severe weather, we will post updates on our Facebook page and website.
