The Walnut Hills Farm Bluegrass Festival brings hundreds of local families, music fans, and campers together for a weekend of live bluegrass on our working farm in Huber Heights.

​

Last year we welcomed about 500 people at peak times with 60 campsites filled. This year we’re expanding to 80 campsites and projecting 700–900 attendees across the weekend.​

 

Whether you choose a full sponsorship package or a simple program ad or banner, you’ll reach real people in our community in a relaxed, memorable setting.

Festival Program Ad 

Your ad in the official festival program. The program will be distributed to attendees throughout the weekend. Provide a high resolution image by August 15.

Fence-Row Banner Placement

Max size: 4–6 ft wide × 3 ft tall (outdoor vinyl with grommets). You provide the finished banner. Drop off at farm, we pick up within 25 miles, or ship to us (sponsor pays shipping). Deadline: Sept 4, 2026. We install it and return it after the festival (return shipping fees also required).
